Liberty Memphis addresses the root causes of educational challenges.
We work directly with families in their homes. Increased family engagement is strongly associated with

Financially disadvantaged students and families in the Greater Memphis area are equipped with resources that supplement supports provided by their district and state education departments.
Families receive educational support services that foster academic excellence and awareness around educational rights, & procedures. We use individualized plans for each student, parent, and family and provides free comprehensive programming that not only serves a student from a low-income community but their parents
and siblings.
Collaboration's Matter
Liberty Memphis uses partnerships and programs to demonstrate the importance of communication and collaboration.

Liberty Memphis seeks to partner with communities and their schools, mentor organizations, service providers, and local businesses to alleviate the financial burden and social estrangement that plagues the culture of areas in poverty. This solution creates multiple pathways to academic, social, and economic success for students through involvement of the community.
Throughout this engagement, we work to authentically involve the community in creating a space for family engagement specifically by addressing parental guidance. We work to set new family norms that drive the work of transforming the greater community.
