About LaJoyce

A native Memphian with a background deeply rooted in Christian morals, LaJoyce Harris, has a heart for others and driven by her zeal to push others to success. Her educational foundation has fully equipped her with the vital tools needed to build her local community and empower every man, woman and child along her path with what she has branded as the “New IQ”.

With more than 11 years of human resources, safety operations, organizational development and event planning experience, she understands how each area of an organization operates at the core. Her mission is to reach the goals and support the efforts of others within community organizations.

LaJoyce’s laser-sharp focus enables her to tackle problems head on, motivate teams to rise above mediocrity, develop winning solutions and produce long-term results. LaJoyce is a Professional Organizer, Resilience & Reliability HR Coach, and founder of New IQ-Trade to Entrepreneurship. She is known as the “Human” Resource; assisting youth and adults to create their own financial freedom and peace. Her Christian brand represents JOY which encompasses her name and her life’s purpose, “Joy is the difference-maker in the life of a believing woman. It’s evidence that God is at work within her.”

She holds a Bachelors of Professional Studies in Liberal Arts in Organizational Development Systems and a minor in Non-Profit Management from the University of Memphis, Accounting and Biology Associates Degrees. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt, giving her the business acumen to be an open, flexible and hybrid thinker or improving business processes. She learned a few tricks of carpentry, farm life and the importance of being a great home maker & owner. She enjoys cooking, traveling, loves horses, dolphins, butterflies and the breeze of any waterfront, but runs at the site of mosquitos and bugs. NOTHING gives her JOY like being BOSSY (Bringing Organized Scholastic Solutions for YOUTH) to advocate for local, state, and national associations that support school culture and character education.
