About Jeremy

Jeremy works for C Spire Business as a Enterprise Cloud Sales Manager, based in Memphis, Tenn. Jeremy works with various IT firms to ensure that IT projects are implemented and completed via staffing and He has a successful 15+ year track record of selling products and services through direct and indirect channels.

He also serves as founding Co-chairman for recently started Zoty Marketing and Consulting Group specializing in brand management, creative design, and sales development training.

In his previous roles, Jeremy has worked for The Aspire Group where he served as the ticket Sales Manager for the University of Memphis. Jeremy drove revenue up 320% within a year’s time from 2014-2015. Additionally, he also served as the Account Executive, New Business Development for the Memphis Grizzlies and National Basketball Association for approx. 3 years where he was very successful in executing strategies to drive new sales growth with corporate and group accounts along with creating revenue driven sales campaigns. Jeremy consistently ranked number one in new business sales and development and generated over 2.5 million dollars in new business revenue.

Jeremy strongly believes that networking and relationship building is the key to progressive movement and business development. The old cliché is "It's not what you know but who you know” is not exactly Jeremy’s way of thought. He redefines cliché as “It’s not what you know or who you know, but who knows you” that determines the power of net worth and progressive business development.

He is a native of Memphis, TN, graduate of Whitehaven High School and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga and his master’s degree from Kaplan University. He also serves on the executive board for the National Black MBA. He is a member of the Sigma Lambda Lambda chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc where Jeremy has led and cultivated events such as the Purple Carpet Ball, Sundresses & Linen, Omega Corporate Partnership & Scholarship Gala, and served previously as Vice president of the chapter. Jeremy contributes much of his success to his mother, Kathy Smith as she has always pushed him to be the best he can, despite the circumstances that life throws your way.

Jeremy is a member of the Life Church Memphis and is married to Tasia Smith two children Zoe (2) and Tytan (10). Jeremy enjoys working out, sports, traveling, being a mentor, real estate investing, and helping connect people with other great people.
